My roommate Amber Robinson and I both love fall and holidays and wanted to do a Halloween themed party…but we didn’t have time to do all of the work Test Nest style. With fall in full swing I had to do a dinner full of favorites – apple, butternut, pear, turnips… It was a beautiful fall day and a perfect fall flavor profile dinner. I LOVE FALL and as testers arrived and the pumpkins and pork were baking they all commented that the apartment smelled like fall, so I must be doing something right! The October issue of the Food Network Magazine had a calendar page called "An Apple A Day" with 31 ways to add apples to your daily meals.
